This portal is the final step for our Smart Meter project, giving our customers the best tools to effectively manage your water usage and gain a better understanding of your water bill. Overall, the installation of the smart water meters and this customer portal is designed to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of water management in our community, benefiting both residents and the environment.
Although the WaterSmart Portal will be connected to the primary email account entered, our property owners are encouraged to add secondary contact information as well. If selected, Staff will also ensure your contact information is updated in the Town’s Sunshine list. With the winter season, freezing temperatures, and many second-home property owners, it is important for our Staff to have accurate and updated contact information if something occurs at your Topsail Beach property.
