In preparation for better communications and the upcoming customer Water Smart portal, where our water and garbage customers will have on-line access to their accounts and special notifications regarding their account activity, the Town of Topsail Beach is asking our homeowners and/or renters to update their contact information by completing the form on the following link. Please note, the Water Smart platform only supports one primary email address. If an address has more than one owner, we ask that you decide what primary email you would like to use. However, we can update your water account and the Sunshine list with as many contacts as needed if you would like to add more than one email to your account.
