The Topsail Beach Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Master Plan represents the Town of Topsail Beach’s commitment to parks and recreation in response to the public’s expressed opinions and successful history in developing and maintaining recreation opportunities. The plan will provide a realistic action plan for the future focusing on parks, recreations, programs, services, events, and activities. This plan will provide practical strategies to guide the decisions of Town leadership through 2030. The Parks and Recreation Board recentlly recommended the plan to the Board of Commissioners for adoption. The Commissioners will discuss and consider this plan at their upcoming December 11, 2024, Regular Town Board Meeting.
