(Town Center Located on the corner of Davis Ave and S Anderson Blvd)

The Topsail Beach Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Plan represents the Town of Topsail Beach’s commitment to parks and recreation in response to the public’s expressed opinions and successful history in developing and maintaining recreation opportunities.  The Topsail Beach Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the Topsail Beach Planning Board have built public support through a public participation process that brought together elected officials, town management, community organizations, residents, and property owners in Topsail Beach.

The Town is pleased to announce the adoption of a Bike/Ped Plan for the purpose of exploring safe measures for citizens to navigate walking and biking activities along the corridor of Anderson Boulevard. The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board is currently discussing options within the plan and encourages public comments.  We have set up a public comment link (below) for you to email your comments and concerns regarding the Bike/Ped plan.  You can find the plan in its entirety by clicking the green button above.

The Town also invites citizens to register for notifications and updates by visiting our website and clicking the link on the homepage “Join the Sunshine List”.
