Information for Resident/Property Owner Parking Permits
Otto Connect is working to finalize and open registration for yearly parking permits for our residents/property owners. Until the registration portal is open for Topsail Beach, Otto Connect encourages those with last year’s parking hangtags to continue using these – if you still have them. If you do not have the hangtag and/or receive a citation for parking without a permit at an Ocean Front Lot or the South End Parking Lot (this lot is available for free parking after 5:00 PM only), Otto Connect will waive the citation for you. Please note they will only waive citations for parking without a permit, not for other parking violations.

Important update to Parking at the South End: Paid parking will be enforced at the South End Parking Lot from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM for residents/property owners. Your parking permit will permit you to park at the South End for free after 5:00 PM through the lot’s closure at 10:00 PM.
