Information for Resident/Property Owner Parking Permits
UPDATE: Residents may create their free parking permit online or by calling Otto Connect customer service line at 910-200-1497. Their representatives are available to assist seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
To get started, residents can create a SurfCAST account using this link: SurfCAST by Otto.
Step-by-step instructions for creating an account are available by visiting: https://www.surfcast.us/residency-page.
Once the account is created, residents can log in using the phone number or email address the account is set up under. After logging in, select “Resident Setup” at the bottom of the screen and enter the authorization code, which is the Topsail Beach water bill account number.
If a resident receives an error message during setup, they may request assistance using this link, Resident Assistance or calling Otto Connect customer service line.
