Under NCGS, Section 143-128.1(A), the Town of Topsail Beach, North Carolina (“Town”) hereby requests qualifications from licensed design-build teams/firms interested in providing engineering, surveying, permitting, and construction of a Public Safety/Town Hall Facility. The complete Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may be found at topsailbeachnc.gov/government/rfqs-and-rfps. Any addendum will also be posted to the Town website with the RFQ. All inquiries related to the RFQ shall be submitted to Doug Shipley, Town Manager, at [email protected] no later than April 10, 2024. Sealed submittals are due by 2:00 PM, EDT on April 19, 2024, when they shall be opened publicly.
