The Civil Violations Appeal Board will meet on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Topsail Beach Town Hall, 820 S. Anderson Blvd, Topsail Beach, NC 28445.

The purpose of this quasi-judicial hearing is for the Town of Topsail Beach Civil Violations Appeal Board to consider an appeal filed by property owners Erin Nelson and Jason Patrick Lane Nelson regarding a Notice of Violation and Order to Abate issued by the Town on August 25, 2026.
