The third Topsail Sounds - Concert in the Park of the season is scheduled for Tuesday, July 28th at 6:30 PM at Town Center Park. Taylor Bissette will be performing, and Fusion Blue will be at the event. We hope you can join us and Pender County Parks and Recreation for the third concert of the season.
