The Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting at the Topsail Beach Town Hall (820 S. Anderson Blvd) on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 3:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to have a:

• Closed Session - Closed Session per G.S. 143-318.11(a)(3) and (5) – To preserve attorney-client privilege and to discuss a real property matter
• Discuss, Consider, and Vote on Article VI. Employee Benefits of the Personnel Policy
• Discuss, Consider, and Vote on Public Facility Repairs
• Discuss, Consider, and Vote on Traffic Control MOU with Surf Ciy
