The Town of Topsail Beach will be holding a Special Meeting: Public Hearing for the request from Emma Anderson Memorial Chapel for a partial road closure on Carolina Blvd between Scott Ave and King St. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the Topsail Beach Town Hall located at 820 S. Anderson Blvd, Topsail Beach, NC 28554.
