The Board of Commissioners will hold a special called meeting on Thursday, January 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Topsail Beach Town Hall (820 S. Anderson Blvd, Topsail Beach, NC 28445) to:

• Review Immediate and Long-Term Capital Needs
• Discuss Public Safety Building and other Town Infrastructure Needs
• Public Comment/Question and Answer Session

Both our contractor and design firm (Thomas Construction and Becker Morgan) will be in attendance to present the options and cost estimates for the planned Public Safety Building. We encourage everyone interested in learning more about this project to attend.
